24/7 emergency tree response.
Call for storm damage, structural failure or a tree on a structure. We triage the immediate risk, confirm an ETA and explain what to do while the site is unsafe.

Structural failure, weather damage, powerline contact.
An emergency tree call is one where people or property face an immediate hazard. This includes whole-tree failure, a failed limb on a structure or vehicle, or suspected contact with overhead powerlines. The phone is monitored 24 hours a day. Attendance time depends on location, weather, road access, crew safety and demand during a storm; we provide the current ETA on the call.
On site, the priority sequence is: secure the area, coordinate with the relevant network operator (CitiPower, Powercor, Ausnet Services) if powerlines are involved, then make-safe the immediate hazard. Full removal and site clean-up is scheduled either immediately or for the following morning depending on lighting, access, and weather. We document the incident with timestamped photographs and a written assessment for insurance purposes.
A pre-storm inspection cannot guarantee that a tree will not fail, but it can record visible defects, previous failures, deadwood and changes that warrant further assessment. Properties with mature trees near occupied areas, driveways or structures can be reviewed before forecast severe weather.
Emergency callout, full removal billed separately.
Emergencies have two parts: getting the tree off your house tonight, and the full removal and clean-up that follows.
These are Hilly's indicative ranges, not industry averages or a property-specific quote. Access, condition, equipment, approvals, disposal and the final scope can change the price.
Quoted the next morning once we can see the full scope in daylight. Often covered by insurance.
- Continuity from the overnight call-out
- Chip + cart + rake
- Written insurance pack
Insurance cover depends on the policy and circumstances. We can provide photographs, a written scope and an itemised invoice for you to give your insurer.
The standard process.
Call us
0468 077 782, 24/7. A real person picks up. Day or night.
We dispatch
Within minutes. We'll give you a real ETA on the call.
Make safe
Secure the area, isolate the hazard, remove the immediate danger.
Full removal + insurance pack
The next morning, in daylight, with full insurance documentation.
We coordinate with the right people
Trees on powerlines need the network operator before we touch anything. Trees on council land need council. Trees on private land in a planning overlay still need a permit unless it's a genuine emergency. We sort the right paperwork after we've made you safe.
