What we do

Concept, build, handover, snag-fix, in three tiers.

A yard renovation combines the agreed landscape work under one project scope. It can include removal of existing hardstand, tree removal or retention, soil work, paths, retaining, paving, planting, lawn and irrigation.

Three scope levels cover common residential projects: Refresh ($8k to $25k) keeps the existing layout and renews lawn or planting; Reset ($25k to $80k) changes the layout and may add paths or a full planting scheme; Reimagine ($80k to $250k+) is a multi-stage front yard, back yard or driveway project.

Renovations are designed to retain and protect the mature trees already on the property where possible. The presence of established canopy is typically the highest-value asset on a residential block, and the renovation works with that asset rather than against it.

Concept + tier confirmation

Concept drawing and written tier proposal within 2 weeks. We sit down and walk you through it.

Step 03

Build, scheduled

Written project schedule with milestones, one project contact from start to finish and a weekly update while work is under way.

Step 04

Handover + 3-month check

Photographed handover, printed care guide, free 3-month check-in to fix any snags.

Usually yes, with some access disruption. We set up clean exit routes and protect the front entry. We'll tell you the days you'll want to be out (excavation day, concrete pour day, that sort of thing).

Yes. We can scope the work into stages aligned with your financial-year cashflow, do the structural work first, then return for the finishing work later. Most common for Reimagine-tier projects.
